I did something similar. Made cinnamon buns yesterday afternoon, but didn’t let them rise or bake. Pulled them out of the fridge this morning, let them finish rising, then baked them.
Our dough hook attachment is the most used. I hardly use the others. Maybe that also explains why I’m on my second set of gears.

Today I used the peeler attachment on mine to peel potatoes. Doesn’t work particularly well on uneven shapes like most potatoes, but somehow it still feels a bit easier and more relaxing. Or maybe I just like gadgets, even if the John Henry of potato peeling would have kicked my ass (without needed to overdo it and die). It works a lot nicer on apples.
